Open Question: How to get into my dream college?

I am a high school junior, I live in Iowa, but my dream school is University of Wisconsin-Madison. I would love to be in the Wisconsin Marching Band, and I am very good with music and would love to get recruited. I am also good at Composition, which would come in handy, and my gpa is presently 3.5 but I am working for a 4.0., I am in many extracurricular activities and National Honor Society.
